About Beautiful Mind Therapy
A little about me...
When I started my career 15 years ago, I envisioned offering different approaches to traditional psychotherapy. Along with teaching yoga and leading retreats, I offer more body-based psychotherapy as a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist (see www.PRYT.com). This trauma-informed psychotherapeutic technique is designed to help clients uncover their own inner wisdom. Through this somatic psychotherapy work, I became more interested in the mind-body connection-- more specifically how the brain factors into our healing. This led me to complete my master's in Psychology at Brandman University and allowed me to address the whole of my clients. My talk therapy practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to name a few. If you are interested in my somatic psychotherapy work visit my website christinewholeyoutherapy.com. Guiding, encouraging, and supporting others along their wellness journey is my passion in life. How can I help you?
Whether you are single, married, widowed, or in an open or committed relationship, I can help.
